Editor’s Note: I am sure this was an oversight but what Professor Doherty failed to mention in his zeal to destroy Ivermectin’s reputation is that Merck has a product that competes directly with Ivermectin called Molnupiravir (see article that discusses the two). We can also reveal Merck has just signed a contract for $1.2 billion to supply Ivermectin’s new competito r to the US Department of Defense. The Professor also gives Molnupiravir a leg up here. Whether it is as good is unclear. Lastly, who would want a reference from a company that killed 60,000 people in 2004.

Editors Note: How did the stenographer know that the efficacy of Ivermectin was unproven. There is much expert opinion that would challenge that. What did the stenographer know of the risk. Why did ask the question if they knew the answer. In Kerry’s answer, we learned nothing of the risk. Simply that we should not use it.

So every year in seasonal flu they try to predict which strains are predominating strains and we have a vaccine. What’s really useful is some of the technology. AUSTRALIAN VACCINE RISKS NETWORK (AVN)Mark, as a ratepayer, I am very angry that you would permit, let alone encourage and lead discussion, and subsequent denigration of any organisation. The work of AVN has nothing whatsoever to do with BMCC. I note that you hold a Batchelor of Legal Studies, and therefore I am quite sure that you realise, that your actions are anti-democratic, and therefore reprehensible. I shall be making a formal complaint to the Minister for Local Government.

As to attempting to prevent a vehicle owned by this organisation from stopping within our l.g.a., I offer the following legal opinions: Hal Ginges BA MA LLB AS (Crim Law) PhD; neither council or police have any right to prevent a registered vehicle from parking on a public road, or road related area. Julian Gillespie LLB B Juris; such attempted action is unconstitutional.

Moreover, it happens that I have specialised knowledge of Sars Cov-2 (Covid 19) and the incorrectly named ‘vaccines’, and put to you, the following facts:

The Pfizer and Moderna products are definitionally not vaccines, and I enclose a piece I wrote explaining this, marked (ARTICLE 1). The Astra Zeneca is technically not mRNA delivery, but viral vector, which means that the spike protein is carried within a benign virus, rather than a lipid particle. The modality of action is otherwise identical. They are all in fact experimental genetic products brought into Australia as not approved for human use (whilst a subsequent ‘provisional approval’ has subsequently been granted), but instead, ‘authorised for emergency use’. Both here and in the US, such authorisation can only be given where no other treatment is available. The latter was artificially achieved by preventing medical practitioners from prescribing the medicine ivermectin.

Within months of the discovery of Sars Cov -2 ‘alpha’ respiratory virus (Wuhan, with exact origin still unknown), successful treatments were developed – some in Europe and most in the US. Because of the modus operandi of corona viruses (the common cold is the best known), treatment needs to start early. The American Association of Physicians and Surgeons claim to have treated around 500,000, people, in blatant disregard of government instructions, and I enclose this protocol, marked (ARTICLE

2). In Australia, our health depts told people who either had actual symptoms, of had a positive PCR test (2a), known to be wildly inaccurate, and no longer endorsed by WHO, to go home, do nothing, but if you turn blue, call an ambulance !

Since introduction of these ‘vaccines’, serious adverse reactions and deaths have been reported widely, but not however in the so called ‘main stream news media’. The Therapeutic Goods Administration has received more adverse event reports in 2021 to June 2022 for the covid ‘vaccines’, than they have seen for all other vaccines in the preceding 50 year period. A similar explosion in adverse event reports for the covid injectables has occurred in all other countries, which chose to deploy them (source: Australian Medical Professionals Society (AMPS) 13/08/22). Please read the last two paragraphs over, and over again, until you understand them ! In a letter to every doctor, members of health and science organisations, and all Australian parliamentarians, AMPS says this: ‘After considerable consultation, AMPS is of the opinion that Australia is experiencing a highly significant iatrogenic event.’. Whilst the Therapeutic Goods Administration is in theory a Federal Govt Dept., it is known that around 94% of its funding originates from multi-national pharmaceutical companies.

In the US, the Pfizer company was compelled by the courts (though it seems to have been hushed up here) to reveal: ‘cumulative analysis of post-authorization adverse event reports’. It makes chilling reading, ending with nine pages of acknowledged adverse events, many of them very serious indeed.

During April and May 2022, Sen. Roberts called a senate enquiry entitled ‘Covid Under Question’, attended also by other Senators and former Parliamentarian Craig Kelly, who has remarkable depth of understanding of the nature and scale of the covid/’vaccination’ situation. Damning evidence was presented by expert witnesses. Public attendance via computer, was truly enormous.

In early August 22, a report, ‘The Time of Covid’ was prepared by Phillip M Altman BPharm MSc PhD, with contributing editors, and an appended Adverse Event Summary & Analysis, by Lisa Mitchell BSc MAppStats MBA FAICD. I enclose the executive summary from the latter, marked (ARTICLE 3).

You quote these figures: 13,750 Australians we have lost; 4864 people died in NSW as a result of covid 19. ABS figures show that there were 1671 deaths attributed to covid, Jan 2020 to Oct 21. I am sure that it has been pointed out to you, that dying from covid, and with covid are very different. The vast majority of deaths have been in people over the age of mean natural death, and who also had comorbidities. The very unreliable PCR test, said they also had covid. Authorities everywhere have been desperate to maximise the number of covid deaths, to justify their actions. The most deceitful I know of, is in the US, when a man fell off a roof – the death certificate said covid !

We now have five Australian children dead from the vaccine, and I enclose a report of this is marked (ARTICLE 4). Also, a personal letter from a colleague about his dead niece. (ARTICLE 5)

Mark, it is clear to me and many others, that in good faith, you have been deceived by the hubris and endless lies, of the most wicked institutions on earth – the pharmaceutical companies, whose record of fraud, dangerous products, especially vaccines, is there to see, for those who will just look. What I have written, and enclosed is a mere taste of the real extent of this. I have a computer and filing cabinet drawer full of information about this situation. In addition to the numbered referenced documents, I enclose information of a more general nature (miscellaneous items 1-16) to inform, and guide your thinking.

There is a dignified way for you to extract yourself and council from this situation – by simply admitting that covid and ‘vaccines’ have nothing to do with council. I shall even offer you the words: audi alteram partem. No doubt a man with a Batchelor of Legal Studies, knows them.
